i already have two lenses, and i’m to poor to buy another one lol.
any filters, tripods, or any other accessories that you feel you cant live with out in your photography? 
I also have the D60 and I have a ton of different cokin filters (A series), some of which I have boughten on eBay so I recommend going there. I have the SB-400 which is great for portraits, 55-200mm lens (I dont know how I got by without it those first few months), the ML-L3 wireless remote is a must! A great cleaning kit and sensor cleaning kit cause after a few weeks of having my camera I already had dust on my sensor, extra battery, 8GB memory card, definitely get a uv filter, I have a promaster systempro tripod with a vanguard ball head 300, wide angle lens (boyfriend bought it on ebay so I dont know how much it cost but its great)… and thats all I can think of for now. But all in all, extra battery & good memory card, remote and sb-400 flash is a must!

Nikon D60 or Canon Digital Rebel XTi (400D)?
Posted by admin | Under Nikon D60 Accessories Wednesday Mar 3, 2010I have asked a lot of questions regarding dSLR’s and whatnot, now comes your final opinions… With the right features and price, possibilities and accessories, this and thats; what do you guys think is better, D60 or Digital Rebel XTi (400D)
Personally, I would not go for either of those Digital SLR’s; I’d go for the new Canon Rebel XSi (450D) which has recently made its debut. It has a new CMOS chip and DIGIC III image processor for better picture quality. And it has 12.2 megapixels and Live View mode. Check it out! Best thing is it is between the price range of the Rebel XTi and the Nikon D60. Costs about $900 along with 18mm-50mm image stabilized zoom lens.

First you need a UV filter to protect the front elements of each lens and next a few 2 GB memory cards.
For the price, the 0.45x add-on lens is a fun toy, but remember for $20 the optical glass quality will be rather low, so expect some vignetting and colour fringing or aberrations at the edges of your images … sort of like what you get when using a LOMO camera … so you could have a lot of fun with it as long as you know its limitations.
The 12-24 mm wide angle lens for your camera is just under $1000, so you can see you cannot expect too much over all quality with a $20 add-on
