I just bought a Nikon D60 from Costco. The battery charger MH-23 says "120V 60Hz", but in the box it also says "foreign input AC 110V ~ 240V 50Hz/60Hz". I am confused with this. Is this MH-23 charger able to use outside USA where 220V/50Hz is used?
Yes the charger can be used for both domestic and foreign voltages in the range listed You wold need a plug adapter to use it in other countries but the charger will work

Got 2 aftermarket EN-EL9 batteries with higher capacity. Rated at 1800mah, where the OEM one is 1000mah. Both aftermarket and OEM batteries have exact same voltage reading measured with my multimeter. The cells are made in Japan and assembled in China. Put both in my battery grip and so far got over 700 pictures.

Yes, the red light is supposed to blink. That means the battery is in the process of charging. Once the battery is fully charged the light will be solid on.

There should be an Owner’s Manual for the grip. Read it.
Funny thing is, Nikon does not list a vertical grip as an accessory for the D60.
