Tair 3 – Nikon D60 or Canon 3000V?

I recently aquired a TAIR-3S soviet russian 4,5/300mm lens, and wondered if anyone knew of an adaptor that could fit it to either of my cameras. If not, anyone know of a cheap SLR that it would fit? Thanks.
Oooooh that sounds unusual, but fortunately like most Soviet glass uses the M42 mount which is easily adaptable to both the EF and F systems.

There are local sellers selling D40, and the D60 for almost $200 less than major retail stores. That’s why I’m asking.

Nikon DSLR’s come with a one year warranty and many of the lenses with a five year warranty.
Any "add-on" warranties are really just insurance policies that cover any failures that may happen over the years, but are quite restrictive and expensive.
My oldest Nikon DSLR’s have lasted for over seven years .. no problems. My one of my 35 mm SLR’s I still use is over 35 years old and still works just fine.
The general rule is if a camera does not have problems within the first 90 days, it probably won’t. Yes there are rare situations where a sensor will fail, but that is so rare, Nikon will usually do what is called a "goodwill" repair at no cost to the owner.
