He said the D60 is … He said the D60 is briefly compared to it. It’s not biased because it’s a review for the 450D. Perhaps he could have thought of a better title as the current one is very misleading. But I don’t think he’s bashing the D60 nor is he putting an ad for Canon.

Canon 400D and Nikon D60 (already had an eye sensor)
Wat I don’t like about the 450D is that it has LESS BUTTONS to the side, due to the big screen.
You’ll probably sort your photos on a computer, so larger than 2.5″ or 3″ isn’t so essential.
It’s about what the camera can do, how reliable and how good quality pictures it can take. (and how long the battery lasts, and if it’s user-friendly enough)

Well, the review is … Well, the review is kinda biased. I recommend you check cameralabs’ review of the two product here in youtube. They’ve got one of the most comprehensive and one of the most unbiased reviews.

Correct me if I am wrong but aren’t you supposed to primarily use the viewfinder, and only use the live view if you absolutely need to? Plus why would one upgrade from an xti? That’s not good advice. Although if you don’t have a Dslr than it is a good choice to get into photography but it is not that much better than the xti.
